Attitude

Interview patients and/or family to obtain required demographic and
insurance information, prepares required paperwork, answers telephones,
admits and pre-admits patients to hospital services.
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience
Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special skills
Medical terminology and prior registrar experience preferred. Effective
oral, and written communication skills, customer service skills, ability
to work independently and work compatibly as a team member with
physicians and other staff members.
